Easy Gen is a locally owned business dedicated to helping New Hampshire homeowners protect their families and homes during power outages. I started Easy Gen after helping my parents, friends, and family connect their generators to their homes during winter storms. I saw firsthand how stressful it can be to lose power — and how much peace of mind a safe, reliable generator hookup can bring.

Every system is installed by a licensed Master Electrician, with safety, simplicity, and reliability built in. Our mission is to make backup power accessible and affordable for every homeowner in New Hampshire.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Easy Gen was founded by me, Jacob Kelly. While serving in the Air National Guard, I earned my degree in Electrical Automation Technology and worked my way up from an apprentice to a licensed New Hampshire Master Electrician. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across many industries — from residential and commercial construction to power distribution with Eversource, and even hydroelectric power generation.

I created Easy Gen after helping my parents, friends, and family connect their generators to their homes during harsh New Hampshire winter storms. I saw how vulnerable people felt without power, and how expensive and out-of-reach standby generator systems could be. Easy Gen was built to solve that problem — by offering safe, professional, and affordable generator installations so every homeowner can protect their home and family when the power goes out.
