Welcome to Easy Gen Installations. By scheduling an installation, submitting a form, or using our website (www.easygeninstall.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Services Provided

Easy Gen Installations offers residential portable generator installations, including interlock kits, PB30 inlets, and related electrical work. All installations are performed by a licensed master electrician.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

50% deposit is required after booking and before parts are ordered.

 

The remaining balance is due at the time of installation.

 

We accept payment via credit/debit card, Square, or other approved methods.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

 

Deposits are non-refundable once parts specific to your electrical panel have been ordered.

 

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth installation, customers must:

 

Be present or have a designated adult available at the property during the scheduled installation.

 

Ensure clear and safe access to the electrical panel and generator location.

 

Send photos of their electrical panel (interior and panel label) at least 48 hours before installation.

 

5. Warranties & Liability

We guarantee all workmanship for 1 year from the installation date.

 

Generators and components are subject to their manufacturer’s warranties.

 

Easy Gen Installations is not liable for improper use, lack of maintenance, or customer modifications after install.

 

6. SMS & Email Communications

By submitting a form or booking an appointment, you agree to receive appointment reminders and important updates by text and email.

 

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

 

7. Website Use

All content on www.easygeninstall.com is owned by Easy Gen Installations. No portion may be copied or reused without written permission.

 

8. Referral Incentives

Customers who refer a new paying client may receive a $100 gift card to a store of their choice (e.g., Home Depot, Bass Pro, Target). Referral must result in a completed install. Limit one reward per referral.
